Refund Policy

This page describes the cancellation and refund terms our system actually enforces. You can cancel a booking yourself from "My Bookings" — no documents to submit, no original ticket to hand in (our tickets are electronic), and no need to travel to an office. Before you confirm, the system always shows you the exact amount that booking will refund.

Where the money goes back

It depends on how you paid, and the system tells you before you confirm the cancellation.

  • Credit/debit cards and wallets — refunded automatically to the same card or wallet. The refund is not instant: your card issuer or wallet provider may take several business days to show it.
  • PromptPay (QR) and bank transfer — these cannot be refunded automatically. During cancellation the system asks you for a bank account or PromptPay number (if we cancelled the trip, our staff contact you for it), and our staff transfer the refund to it.
  • Cash — if the ticket is cancelled at the counter that sold it, our staff hand the cash back to you there and then. If the money is still owed to you — because we cancelled the trip, or cancelled the booking for you from the office — you choose how to receive it: collect it in cash at one of our ticket counters, or have our staff transfer it to a bank account or PromptPay number you give them.
  • If a single booking was paid by more than one method, it is handled as a staff-processed refund as well.

You never have to travel to collect a refund — collecting cash at a counter is only one of the options for a cash payment — and there is no deadline after which your right to the refund expires.

When we cancel a trip

If we cancel a trip, that trip is refunded in full with no fee deducted. You do not have to cancel it yourself, and we notify you.

If only one leg of a round trip is cancelled, only that leg is refunded, the other leg remains valid for travel, and the booking's payment status shows it as partially refunded.

No-show

If you neither cancel within the times above nor board the trip you booked, the travel right is forfeited and no refund is given.
